Ed Marinilli Associates Public Insurance Adjusters was founded more than 30 years ago and is comprised of 6 licensed public adjusters serving the New England area with more than 100 years of combined experience.
Ed Marinilli Associates Public Adjusters, Inc., assists clients from the time of loss through the resolution of the claim. We can arrange emergency services at the time of the loss including securing the property and arranging for temporary living space. From that point, Ed Marinilli Associates Public Adjusters prepares a comprehensive and detailed estimate of the damaged property including a building repair estimate and damaged personal property. Ed Marinilli Associates Public Adjusters aggressively negotiates on behalf of its clients for a fair and equitable settlement.

We have the facilities, equipment, technology, communications systems, up-to-date information, resources, and industry contacts to reach the maximum recovery to which you are entitled. Attempting to adjust your own claim can be costly, time consuming, stressful, confusing, and very, very difficult.
How are public adjusters paid?
Ed Marinilli Associates Public Adjusters receives a reasonable percentage strictly from the recovery that you receive, and only when you receive it. You pay nothing up front, and we charge no consultation fees. Historically, our fee has been more than covered by the additional monies recovered as a result of exposure of hidden damage, proper interpretation of the policy, carefully researched and documented estimates, and aggressive and experienced negotiation skills.

Edward Marinilli
Edward Marinilli, principal of Ed Marinilli Associates Public Adjusters, Inc. has been a licensed public adjuster since 1993, holding licenses in Massachusetts, Rhode Island and New Hampshire. Mr. Marinilli is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Boston with a Bachelor’s Degree. He also is licensed as a Construction Supervisor and as a Home Improvement Contractor.
Cynthia A. Miller
Ed Marinilli Associates Public Adjusters Cynthia has worked in the insurance industry for 20+ years with experience in home restoration while working for a fire and water restoration firm prior to coming on board with Marinilli Associates.
Edward C. Marinilli
Edward C. Marinilli has been employed by Ed Marinilli Associates Public Adjusters part time for the past 5 years while working toward his business degree from Johnson and Wales University which he obtained in the Spring of 2025.
Olgalilia Marinilli
Olga has been working part time with Ed Marinilli Associates Public Adjusters for 15 years and is a major asset who assists with translating for our Spanish clients as well as assisting in the office as needed.
Dominic L. Marinilli
Dominic has been working part time with Ed Marinilli Associates Public Adjusters as an intern learning all facets of the family business.
